Privacy Policy - Addendum

Velorithm Private Limited

Last updated: 27 January 2026

Sensitive or regulated data - operational controls

Because the Services support file uploads, users may attempt to upload sensitive or regulated information. While we ask users not to provide such data unless agreed, Velorithm may implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (where feasible) to reduce intake and exposure (e.g., operational controls, scanning, quarantine, access restrictions, or deletion). However, no detection system is perfect and we cannot guarantee all sensitive data will be blocked.

India DPDP alignment with global terminology

Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) requirements apply, we process personal data based on applicable lawful grounds including consent and/or other permitted lawful bases (including 'legitimate uses' or equivalent). Where GDPR or other jurisdictions apply, we may also rely on 'legitimate interests' where permitted. This clarifies terminology across jurisdictions and does not reduce any rights required by law.

For privacy requests, contact contact@velorithm.

This addendum supplements (and does not replace) the main document. Any changes must be expressly stated in a signed SOW/Order.
